‘The Naked Gun’ Reboot Lands on Paramount+ Sept. 30

The legacy comedy starring Liam Neeson transitions to streaming following its Aug. 1 theatrical debut.

Overview

Paramount+ begins streaming the new film on Sept. 30, with the original trilogy also available on the service.
After opening in theaters on Aug. 1, the movie hit digital purchase and rental on Sept. 2 via Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Fandango at Home.
Digital purchases include up to an hour of bonus material such as deleted and extended scenes, outtakes, interviews and mock ads, with availability varying by retailer.
A physical release is scheduled for Nov. 11 on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD.
The PG-13 film stars Liam Neeson as Frank Drebin Jr. alongside Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Kevin Durand, Danny Huston, Liza Koshy and Busta Rhymes, is directed by Akiva Schaffer, produced by Seth MacFarlane and Erica Huggins, and earned $102.1 million worldwide with an 88% Rotten Tomatoes critics score.
