'The Lost Boys' to be Adapted into a Musical

The cult classic film 'The Lost Boys' is being adapted into a musical, with a team that includes 'It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia' writer David Hornsby and Tony Award-winning director Michael Arden.
The musical will feature music from the band The Rescues, and actors James Carpinello, Marcus Chait, and Patrick Wilson are among the producers.
The production will be mounted under a special arrangement with Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures, but no timeline or location for the stage adaptation has been announced.
The original film follows two teenage brothers who move to the fictional town of Santa Carla, California, only to discover that the town is a haven for vampires.
The musical adaptation marks the first producing collaboration of actors Wilson, Carpinello and Chait, all of whom are Broadway veterans.
