'The Idea of You' to Close South by Southwest Festival

Michael Showalter's latest film, 'The Idea of You', will have its world premiere as the closing night film at South by Southwest (SXSW) festival running March 8-16.
The romantic drama stars Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine in an unlikely romance, adapted from the 2017 debut novel of the same name by actor and writer Robinne Lee.
The film centers on Solène (Hathaway), a 40-year-old single mom who begins an unexpected romance with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Galitzine), the lead singer of a popular boy band.
The film is produced by Oscar-winner Cathy Schulman, Anne Hathaway, Michael Showalter, Gabrielle Union, Robinne Lee, Eric Hayes, and Jordana Mollick, and is presented by Amazon MGM Studios.
The film will premiere on Prime Video on May 2.
