- Applications opened on Wednesday, July 22 and will remain open through July 28 with region-specific start and end times for each major market.
- To apply players must own a Nintendo Switch 2, have a Nintendo Account, and maintain an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription before registering on the official site.
- FromSoftware will notify selected participants on August 7 and will deliver download codes to approved applicants for access to the test build.
- The network test runs August 21–24 across five four-hour sessions, supports up to eight-player multiplayer matches, and is designed to stress-test servers, check cross-network play, and evaluate game balance.
- FromSoftware warns the test uses in-development data, is not a demo, may contain bugs, and the results could prompt balance or network changes before the game’s expected release window by the end of 2026.
