‘The Big Bang Theory’ Joins Nick at Nite and MTV Lineups

Paramount secures cable rights for the hit sitcom, expanding its availability beyond TBS and Max.

Paramount Global has reached a licensing deal with Warner Bros., allowing 'The Big Bang Theory' to air on Nick at Nite and MTV starting December 24, 2024.
Nick at Nite will kick off with a two-day holiday-themed marathon on Christmas Eve, followed by nightly episodes from 12-2 a.m. starting December 27.
MTV will host an all-day New Year’s marathon on January 1, 2025, before airing weekend blocks of episodes alongside 'Friends' starting January 4.
This marks the first time 'The Big Bang Theory' reruns will be available on cable networks other than TBS, where it has been a flagship series for over a decade.
The series, which ran for 12 seasons and 279 episodes, remains available on Max for streaming and continues to air in local syndication.
