Authorities are analysing digital records to map the syndicate's transnational supply chain.

The investigation revealed that Yaseen alias Mintu had direct or indirect connections with both foreign and local drug suppliers

Overview

  • Both suspects have prior criminal cases in Delhi and Bhopal under IPC Sections 420, 467 and 468 as well as violations of the Foreigners Act

  • Moon and Onyeka are booked under Section 8/22 of the NDPS Act for commercial-quantity trafficking and are awaiting further proceedings
  • Police teams are examining mobile data and online communications to uncover the full scope of the international drug syndicate and expect more arrests
