Overview
- First-year theory exams run from February 25 to March 17, 2026, and second-year papers from February 26 to March 18, with all theory sessions from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
- Practical examinations are scheduled from February 2 to 21 in two daily sessions, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- English practicals fall on January 21 (first year) and January 22 (second year), while Ethics & Human Values and Environmental Education are on January 23 and 24 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- Authorities will make alternative arrangements for candidates whose practicals coincide with JEE Main 2026.
- Fee payment runs November 1–14 without late fee, then with late fees of Rs 100 (Nov 16–24), Rs 500 (Nov 26–Dec 1), Rs 1,000 (Dec 3–8), and Rs 2,000 (Dec 10–15), with example fees including Rs 530 for first-year theory plus Rs 100 for English practicals.
