Texas Teen Charged After Newborn Found in Dumpster

18-year-old Everilda Cux-Ajtzalam gave birth behind a food truck in Houston.
She placed her newborn in a trash bag and left him in a nearby dumpster.
A passerby heard the baby's cries and alerted authorities, who rescued the child.
The baby was taken to a hospital and is now in the custody of Child Protective Services.
Cux-Ajtzalam is held on a $200,000 bond and faces child abandonment charges.
