Texas Man Released on $1M Bond After Arrest for Pregnant Wife's Murder

Lee Gilley, charged with capital murder, is prohibited from contacting his children or returning home.

Lee Gilley, 38, was arrested on October 11 for the alleged murder of his wife, Christa Gilley, who was nine weeks pregnant.
Christa Gilley was found unresponsive on October 7, with an autopsy later revealing she died from strangulation.
Despite prosecutors requesting a $3 million bond, a judge set the bond at $1 million, which Gilley posted on October 21.
As a condition of his release, Gilley cannot approach his children or the family home.
He is scheduled to appear in court for further proceedings on November 20.
