Jessica Rose Olmos and her children, Daniel and Jazale Garcia, were found with multiple gunshot wounds in their Amarillo home.
Authorities revealed Jose Olmos had a history of domestic violence and was prohibited from contacting his family or possessing firearms.
The Amarillo Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
