• Aaron Prout, 34, was found with a gunshot wound to the head on Aug. 17 at a home on Pennington Hills Drive in Spring and later died at a hospital.
• Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said Prout and Sean Odonnell, 37, allegedly took turns firing a rifle at each other while one wore a Kevlar helmet inside the house.
