  • Tarrant County Judge Megan Fahey expanded a restraining order to bar Powered by People, Beto O’Rourke and affiliated platforms from sending funds or property out of Texas
  • Attorney General Ken Paxton amended his petition to revoke the charter of Powered by People, accusing the PAC of bribery and hindering fugitive apprehension in support of quorum-breaking lawmakers
  • Paxton has requested contempt sanctions against O’Rourke, seeking $500 fines per violation and imprisonment for alleged breaches of the temporary injunction
