Texas Couple Charged in Plot to Kidnap and Shoot Wife's Ex-Lover

Husband and wife allegedly conspired to ambush and attack the wife's former affair partner in a Chick-fil-A parking lot.

The victim, a DoorDash driver, was allegedly lured by Hana Ahmad Alolaimi to a Chick-fil-A parking lot in Houston.
Omar Mahmoud Bishtawi, Alolaimi's husband, reportedly hid in the backseat and attacked the victim with a gun.
The victim was shot twice, in the thigh and foot, but survived after being rushed to a hospital.
Alolaimi and Bishtawi were charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.
Both suspects provided conflicting statements to police, raising concerns for the victim's future safety.
