Becquer is accused of multiple instances of abuse, neglect, theft, and fraud at her facilities, including preventing residents from seeking medical attention and using deceased clients' debit cards and vehicles.
Investigators have identified multiple potential victims and are seeking public assistance to identify any additional victims or unlicensed homes operated by Love and Caring for People LLC.
Becquer is currently being held in the Tarrant County Jail with a bond set at $750,000, with more charges expected pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
