- Janice S. McNair, the Texans’ co-founder and senior board chair, will be inducted into the Ring of Honor during halftime of the Nov. 2 game against the Denver Broncos at NRG Stadium.
- Since its 2017 inception with Andre Johnson, the Ring of Honor has welcomed Robert McNair (2019), J.J. Watt (2023) and will now include Janice McNair as its fourth member.
- The McNair family has led the Texans since the team’s launch in 2002 with Cal McNair serving as chair and CEO today.
- The Robert and Janice McNair foundations and related entities have donated more than $500 million to education, medical research and youth programs in Houston.
