Texans minority owner faces rape, sexual abuse charges in Kentucky

Javier Loya, a minority owner of the Houston Texans, has been charged with rape and sexual abuse in Kentucky.
Loya faces one count of first-degree rape, five counts of first-degree sexual abuse, and one count of third-degree sexual abuse.
The Texans have agreed that Loya will remove himself from team and league activities while the charges are pending.
Loya has pleaded not guilty, posted bond, and claims he is innocent of the charges.
The NFL has been notified of the charges and prohibited Loya from participating in league activities.
