• The mother of Ward’s son, Cristy West, filed a Harris County civil suit seeking more than $20 million, alleging multiple sexual and physical assaults, including one when she says he was high on crystal meth and their 3-year-old was present.
• Ward was arrested on June 12 on a third-degree felony charge of assault family violence impeding breath/circulation, and the criminal matter is set for grand jury consideration in Montgomery County on Aug. 31.
• Records show Ward was arrested Aug. 8 for allegedly violating bond conditions by testing positive for alcohol and attempting to contact West.
