Overview

  • The nine-year sublease for 8,200 sq ft at Worldmark 3 in Aerocity begins March 15, includes a 120-day fit-out and starts ₹17.22 lakh monthly rent from July 13 with 15% escalations every three years.
  • Tesla will inaugurate its Delhi showroom on August 11 as its second Indian outlet after the July 15 launch in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex.
  • To support service and deliveries, Tesla leased nearly 51,000 sq ft at Orchid Business Park on Sohna Road, Gurugram, under a nine-year agreement.
  • The automaker plans to deploy four charging stations with 16 superchargers and 15 destination chargers across Delhi-NCR as part of its growing infrastructure network.
  • By importing Model Ys, Tesla is leveraging premium real estate and expanding sales, service and charging facilities to offset India’s 70–110% import duties ahead of local manufacturing.
