Tennessee Woman Arrested in Alleged Murder-for-Hire Plot Targeting Ex-Husband

Angelia Solomon, 55, is accused of plotting to hire a hitman to kill her ex-husband, Aaron Solomon, a former TV anchor.
She was arrested on April 14, 2025, following a sting operation where she met with an undercover officer in a mall parking lot three days earlier.
Investigators allege Solomon cited her ex-husband’s death as a way for her daughter to access a trust fund and offered her vehicle registration as collateral for the hit.
Solomon is currently detained in Williamson County Jail on a $500,000 bond, with ongoing investigations into the alleged solicitation for murder.
The case has drawn additional public attention due to the Solomon family’s previous tragedy involving the 2020 accidental death of their son, Grant Solomon.
