Overview
- Tennessee Athletics designated the southwest end of Neyland Stadium as Championship Corner, a permanent public tribute to three championship-era coaches.
- The twice life-size statue of Gen. Robert Neyland will move to the site as its permanent home; it is currently staged at the Neyland-Thompson Sports Center during renovations.
- Bronze pillars honoring Doug Dickey and Phillip Fulmer will be added to the space, which will be open to visitors year-round.
- Dickey will be recognized at the Oct. 11 home game against Arkansas, and Fulmer will be honored at the Nov. 1 home game against Oklahoma.
- Project completion is targeted for fall 2026, aligning the commemorative area with ongoing stadium modernization plans.
