Tennessee Lands Four-Star Forward Ralph Scott as First 2026 Commit

A personal visit to Bermuda capped Tennessee’s pursuit following his breakout summer.

Scott committed on Sept. 30, giving the Volunteers their first pledge for the 2026 class.
The IMG Academy forward is ranked No. 38 nationally in the 247Sports Composite.
He chose Tennessee over Houston, Purdue and Texas A&M after visiting each program.
Rick Barnes and assistant Gregg Polinsky flew to Bermuda on Sept. 25 to meet his family.
Scott surged from unranked after earning Basketball Without Borders Americas MVP in June and starring at the NBA Academy Games in July, extending the momentum from Tennessee’s 2025 class headlined by five-star Nate Ament.
