Ten-man Tottenham beat Luton to go top of Premier League

Tottenham Hotspur defeated Luton Town 1-0 despite playing with 10 men for much of the match.
Yves Bissouma was sent off for Tottenham in the first half.
Micky van de Ven scored the only goal of the game in the 52nd minute.
Luton had chances to equalize but missed several opportunities.
The win extends Tottenham's unbeaten start to 8 games and puts them top of the Premier League table.
