Temasek to Create Three Portfolio Units by April 2026, Elevates Chia Song Hwee to Co-CEO

Overview

  • Effective April 1, 2026, Temasek will form Temasek Global Investments, Temasek Singapore and Temasek Partnership Solutions to manage separate portfolio segments.
  • Chia Song Hwee becomes co-CEO of Temasek International on October 1, 2025 and will serve as CEO of Temasek Global Investments, with Nagi Hamiyeh as president.
  • Png Chin Yee will be president of Temasek Singapore, while Partnership Solutions will initially operate without a chief executive as an operating committee defines strategy.
  • Dilhan Pillay will chair the three new entities and Temasek International while remaining executive director and CEO of Temasek Holdings.
  • Seviora Holdings will shift leadership on September 1 with Pillay as chairman and Gabriel Lim as CEO, as Temasek sharpens capital allocation across a portfolio now about 41% Singapore TPCs, 36% global direct and 23% partnerships.
