Telo Unveils Preproduction Prototype of Compact Electric Truck MT1

Telo Trucks has revealed the first drivable preproduction prototype of its MT1, a compact electric pickup the size of a Mini Cooper but with a full-size truck bed.
The MT1 features a modular design with a folding midgate, allowing for extended cargo space, and includes a unique 'Monster Tunnel' storage compartment under the bed.
The truck promises up to 350 miles of range, a payload capacity of up to 2,000 lbs, and a towing capacity of 6,600 lbs, with a starting price of $41,520 before incentives.
Telo has secured over 5,000 preorders, representing $250 million in customer commitments, and plans to begin limited production by the end of the year through a contract manufacturing partner.
The MT1 prioritizes efficient use of space with innovative interior design elements, sustainable materials, and a compact footprint tailored for urban environments.
