Television Academy Unveils Core Lineup for Inaugural Televerse Festival

Reunion panels, master classes, sneak-peek screenings, Emmy voter sessions, a Dodgers broadcast panel, a Hall of Fame induction will anchor the three-day festival at JW Marriott at L.A. Live.

Overview

  • The inaugural Televerse Festival will run August 14–16 at JW Marriott at L.A. Live, with tickets going on sale in mid-July.
  • A 20th anniversary Bones reunion panel reunites creator Hart Hanson with stars Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz, T. J. Thyne and Tamara Taylor.
  • Henry Winkler will conduct a live acting workshop and join five other television icons as Hall of Fame inductees on August 16.
  • Writer-producer Beau Willimon will lead a Breaking Story workshop that takes attendees inside the writers’ room with real-time audience participation.
  • Additional programming includes a sneak-peek screening of Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy, a Game On: Inside the Booth with the Los Angeles Dodgers panel and Emmy Phase 2 For Your Consideration sessions.
