Overview
- Sabyasachi Ghosh was moved from Animal Husbandry to lead the Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Development Schemes Unit and continues to hold FAC as Special Chief Secretary, Welfare.
- K. Ilambarithi was posted as Transport Commissioner and given FAC as Secretary for Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, while the Chief Secretary retained FAC for the Metropolitan Area & Urban Development post.
- E. Sridhar took FAC as Secretary, General Administration (Poll.) following the voluntary retirement of Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi effective October 31, 2025.
- Anita Ramachandran received FAC as Secretary and Commissioner, Tribal Welfare, relieving Ghosh of those additional responsibilities.
- The government named Bodhan MLA P. Sudershan Reddy as Advisor to the flagship unit, which will brief the Cabinet regularly, as further FACs covered TG OILFED (Sk. Yasmeen Basha), Special Commissioner SCD and VC & MD of the SC Cooperative Development Corporation (J. Jitender Reddy), and Special Secretary for the flagship unit (B. Saidulu).
