  • GHMC said Ganesh idol immersions at Hussainsagar will continue without interruption, with cranes operating until all idols are immersed.
  • The Lord Venkateswara temple at Tirumala will be shut from 3:30 pm on September 7 until 3:00 am on September 8, and the offline Srivani darshan was shifted to 1:00 pm.
  • Major Telangana temples announced afternoon closures on Sunday with plans to reopen on Monday morning after purification rites and abhishekams.
  • Yadagirigutta will close at noon and reopen at 3:30 am with Samprokshanam, and Chilkur Balaji will close at 4:00 pm before reopening Monday morning.
  • Vemulawada shut its portals at 11:25 am and will reopen at 3:45 am for Samprokshana, while Bhadrachalam closed at 1:00 pm and will resume rituals from 3:00 am before allowing darshan.
