Overview

• Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar will hear Tenth Schedule petitions from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday at the Telangana Legislature.
• Cases concern four MLAs—T. Prakash Goud, Kale Yadaiah, Gudem Mahipal Reddy and Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy—whom BRS accuses of joining the Congress after winning on BRS tickets.
• According to the Secretariat’s schedule, lawyers for the four accused MLAs will first cross-examine the BRS complainants on Monday.
• On October 1, counsel for the complainants will cross-examine the four accused MLAs in the Speaker’s presence.
