Overview
- The first meeting of the Ministry of Jal Shakti’s committee, chaired by CWC chief Anupam Prasad, is scheduled in New Delhi on January 30 to discuss water management between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Telangana’s Principal Secretary (Irrigation) wrote to MoJS Secretary V. L. Kantha Rao seeking directions to stop Andhra Pradesh’s alleged PNLP/PBLP construction and DPR preparation and to halt the CWC’s appraisal of the pre‑feasibility report.
