- Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reviewed T-Square and the proposed AI Hub on October 11 and fixed the construction start for late November 2025.
- T-Square is positioned as a flagship complex in Hyderabad designed to bring startups, global tech firms, research bodies, and government innovation units under one roof.
- Reddy directed officials to encourage outlets from international brands such as Apple, create a dedicated utility zone, and keep the complex operating round the clock.
- For the AI Hub, the government ordered temporary facilities at the Engineering Staff College of India, set up of a corpus fund, and formation of a board with representatives from reputed global AI organisations.
- Project delivery is led by the IT & Industries Department with coordination from TSIIC and the IT & Communications Department, following a review at the Integrated Command and Control Centre attended by senior state officials.
