Overview
- Election notification will be issued on October 9, with MPTC and ZPTC polling on October 23 and October 27 and counting on November 11.
- Gram Panchayat voting will be held on October 31, November 4 and November 8, with results declared the same day in each phase.
- Nomination windows for Gram Panchayats run October 17–19 for the first phase, filing on October 23 for the second phase with withdrawals by October 27, and filing before October 28 for the third phase with withdrawals by October 31.
- The exercise spans all 31 districts and 565 mandals, covering elections to 5,749 MPTCs and 565 ZPTCs alongside polls across 12,733 gram panchayats.
- Ballot papers and boxes will be used, ballot boxes are being sourced from Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, 1.67 crore rural voters are eligible, and the Model Code of Conduct is in force.
