Overview
- The Technical Education Department published the full BiPC counselling schedule and instructions on August 29, with online registration to open on September 12 at tgeapcetb.nic.in.
- The first counselling phase requires online filing, fee payment and slot booking from September 12 to 16, certificate verification from September 15 to 17, option entry from September 16 to 18 and provisional allotments by September 21.
- A final counselling phase starts on September 25 with certificate verification on September 26, option entry on September 26–27, final provisional allotments by September 29 and online fee payment and self-reporting on September 29–30.
- Candidates must physically report at allotted colleges between September 30 and October 1, submit Xerox copies plus the original Transfer Certificate and obtain a college acknowledgement when reporting.
- Authorities require candidates to re-enter options afresh in the final phase and will publish spot-admission rules for university, constituent and private unaided colleges on or before October 2, so applicants should monitor the official site and complete slot booking and payments promptly.
