Overview

• The division bench led by Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G. M. Mohiuddin ordered that no adverse action be taken against Sabharwal based on the P. C. Ghose Commission findings until the next hearing.
• Sabharwal’s petition seeks to quash the report’s remarks against her, alleging violations of Sections 8-B and 8-C of the Commissions of Inquiry Act and stating she was not part of decision-making on the barrages.
