Overview
- The state issued GO Rt No.564 on September 18 to constitute a three-member high-level committee chaired by CCLA D.S. Lokesh Kumar to resolve 12 categories of Section 22A disputes within one month.
- A separate order, GO 118, began on September 19 to regularise roughly 9,700 plots in L. B. Nagar with authorities directed to dispose of pending applications within a month subject to any court orders.
- Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was tasked to consult MLAs and revive GO 76 procedures to settle long-pending house-site cases in the Singareni coal-belt area.
- Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said the government has already cleared issues in 44 of 64 LB Nagar colonies and promised further government orders within days to a week to address remaining cases.
