• State ministers and TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud led a September 7 preparatory meeting in Kamareddy for the September 15 ‘BC Declaration’ public meeting.
• Congress leaders say the Assembly has passed bills to lift BC reservations to 42% in education, employment and local bodies and accuse the Centre of stalling approval.
