Teenager Thomas Wei Huang Sentenced to Life for School Hammer Attack

The 17-year-old, previously unnamed due to age restrictions, attacked classmates and a teacher at Blundell's School, Devon.

Thomas Wei Huang carried out the attack using three claw hammers while wearing only boxer shorts.
The incident took place at Blundell's School in Tiverton, Devon, in June of the previous year.
Two students suffered serious injuries, including skull fractures and permanent brain damage.
Housemaster Henry Roffe-Silvester was also attacked but has since fully recovered.
A High Court judge lifted the anonymity order, allowing Huang to be named publicly after his sentencing.
