Teenage Student Charged With 19 Counts of Murder in Dorm Fire That Killed Classmates in Remote Guyana Village

A 15-year-old girl was charged with starting a fire in her school dormitory that killed 18 classmates and a 5-year-old boy.
The fire was started in anger after the girl's phone was confiscated by the school administrator.
