Teen Charged with Murder in Fatal NJ Carjacking Attempt

Yoni Emanuel Cruz-Rodriguez, 27, was shot while attempting to stop a carjacking involving his two young children.
The suspect, who remains unnamed due to being a minor, was arrested and charged with felony murder, carjacking, and other offenses.
The incident occurred on July 12, with Cruz-Rodriguez found dead at the scene inside his overturned vehicle.
Cruz-Rodriguez's family is raising funds to return his body to Honduras for burial.
The children, aged 3 years and 2 months, were unharmed during the incident.
