Teen Charged With Murder After Fatal Shooting in Movie Theater

A 19-year-old man shot and killed a 52-year-old man during an argument over seating at an Albuquerque, New Mexico movie theater.
The shooter, Enrique Padilla, threw popcorn at the victim's wife before shooting the victim, Michael Tenorio, multiple times in the chest.
Padilla was found hiding nearby and has been charged with murder, shooting at an occupied building, and tampering with evidence.
The argument began over reserved seating for the movie "No Hard Feelings" and escalated to a physical fight before the shooting.
Last year, a similar shooting occurred in Florida over an argument about cellphone use, but the shooter was acquitted of murder.
