Teen arrested, second suspect sought in Morgan State University shooting during homecoming events

A 17-year-old was arrested in Washington, D.C. and charged with attempted murder in the Morgan State shooting.
Police are still searching for a second suspect, 18-year-old Jovan Williams, who is considered armed and dangerous.
