Teen Arrested for Planning Neo-Nazi Mass Shooting on Synagogue Anniversary

A 19-year-old Michigan man named Seann Pietila was arrested by the FBI for threatening to carry out a mass shooting at a synagogue.
Pietila frequently posted anti-semitic and neo-Nazi messages on social media, praising past mass shooters and threatening violence against Jews.
Pietila planned to attack a synagogue in East Lansing, Michigan on the anniversary of the Christchurch mosque attacks using guns, explosives and molotov cocktails.
The FBI found a cache of weapons including assault rifles, a shotgun, ammunition, a Nazi flag and manuals at Pietila's home.
Pietila faces up to five years in federal prison if convicted of transmitting threats to injure others.
