- A specialist helicopter winched a paramedic to the boy for on-scene care, including pain relief for a suspected lower-leg injury.
- Police, CFA, SES volunteers and high-angle rescue crews coordinated from the clifftop as the operation progressed.
- The teen and paramedic were winched into the aircraft around 12:30pm, and the boy was flown to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries as the cause of the fall remains unknown.
