Overview
- Under the policy effective June 12, associates can spend no more than 35 unbilled days per year and must achieve at least 225 billing days in a 12-month cycle.
- Associates are required to proactively engage with the Resource Management Group to secure new project allocations, with new joiners expected to be billable from day one.
- Bench periods must include four to six hours daily of upskilling through approved platforms such as iEvolve, Fresco Play and LinkedIn and completion of mandatory training.
- Physical office attendance is mandated for faster deployment of resources, with remote work permitted only under exceptional circumstances subject to prior RMG approval.
- Failure to meet billing or allocation requirements or reliance on repeated short-term assignments may prompt HR investigations and lead to disciplinary measures up to termination.
