Taylor Tomlinson to Replace James Corden on CBS Late Night, Becoming Network Television's Only Female Late Night Host

Tomlinson's New Show "After Midnight" Set to Air in Early 2024; Stephen Colbert to Co-Executive Produce

Comedian Taylor Tomlinson will replace James Corden as the host of CBS's late night slot, making her the only female late night host on network TV. Her new show, 'After Midnight', will air at 12:37 a.m. ET beginning in early 2024.
Tomlinson has made a name for herself in comedy with hit Netflix specials 'Quarter-Life Crisis' and 'Look at You', and has been honored with various awards including the Just for Laughs Award for Breakout Comedy Star of the Year in 2022.
In addition to her TV appearance, Tomlinson maintains a strong presence on social media, boasting over 2.5 million followers on TikTok and 1.4 million followers on Instagram.
'After Midnight' will be based on the Comedy Central series 'At Midnight' with Chris Hardwick and co-executed by Stephen Colbert, among others. Tomlinson learned she got the hosting gig via a Zoom call from Colbert.
Tomlinson, who has been performing stand-up comedy since she was 16 years old, brings a personal element to her comedy, often drawing from her experiences with mental health issues and her upbringing in a religious family.
