Fox's efforts were inspired by her own experiences of high costs and missed opportunities to connect with other fans during previous tour stops.
The project started with just 20 rooms at a different hotel but expanded due to high demand, leading Fox to negotiate hard for more rooms at a new venue.
Fox emphasizes that the rooms are offered at cost, with a refundable deposit, aiming to foster community and reduce financial strain for attendees.
