Gracie Abrams, who opened for Swift during the latest leg of the tour, joined her on stage during the Surprise Songs segment.
The song 'Us' was co-written by Swift, Abrams, and Aaron Dessner, and is featured on Abrams' album 'The Secret of Us'.
Taylor Swift's Eras Tour will conclude with three shows in Vancouver from December 6 to 8.
