Taulia Tagovailoa to Enter 2024 NFL Draft

Former Maryland quarterback's decision follows NCAA denial of sixth year of eligibility.

Taulia Tagovailoa, former Maryland quarterback and younger brother of Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, is set to enter the 2024 NFL Draft.
Tagovailoa's decision comes after his request for a sixth year of eligibility was reportedly denied by the NCAA.
During his time at Maryland, Tagovailoa set records as the Big Ten’s career leader in passing yards with 11,256 and set program records in touchdown passes (76), total touchdowns (89), completion percentage (.671), completions (955) and 300-yard passing games (15).
Tagovailoa is considered a late-round prospect in the NFL draft, which begins April 25 in Detroit.
He's ranked the 11th-best quarterback and 186th overall player by Pro Football Focus and is not among ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr.’s top 10 quarterbacks.
