Andrew and Tristan Tate arrived back in Romania on March 22, 2025, after a month-long visit to the United States, where a new criminal investigation was launched against them in Florida.

Romanian prosecutors accuse the Tates of forming an organized criminal group, human trafficking, and rape, though they deny all allegations and claim the charges are politically motivated.
