Overview
- Races begin Sunday with the full and half marathons at 5:00 am, the 10 km at 6:00 am, and the elite marathon at 7:00 am on a course that adds the Coastal Road to the Bandra–Worli Sea Link.
- More than 69,000 entrants are confirmed, including about 65,400 on-ground and 3,700 virtual participants, competing for a total purse of USD 389,524 with USD 50,000 to each elite winner plus record and Indian-bonus incentives.
- Central Railway runs specials from Kalyan (2:30 am) and Panvel (2:25 am) to CSMT, Western Railway adds services from Virar (2:15 am), Borivali (3:05 am) and Churchgate–Bandra (3:00 am), and Metro Line 3 starts at 3:30 am with select CSMT and Hutatma Chowk gates closed from 12:01 am to 11:00 am.
- Mumbai Traffic Police will enforce phased closures from 3:00 am to 2:00 pm across key corridors including Fort precinct roads, Marine Drive, Pedder Road, Worli Sea Face and Bandra–Worli Sea Link approaches, with essential services permitted.
- International elites such as Victor Kiplangat, Merhawi Kesete and Bazezew Asmare line up alongside Ethiopia’s Shure Demise, Medina Deme Armino and Yeshi Chekole, with live coverage on Sony Sports and SonyLIV.
