Tata Motors launches 2025 Altroz facelift with bolder styling and upgraded tech

Featuring LED lighting signatures plus a 10.25-inch touchscreen, the facelift adds petrol/diesel/CNG engines to sharpen its edge against rivals

Overview

  • Exterior updates include new LED DRLs, twin-pod LED headlamps, Nexon-inspired LED fog lamps, flush door handles and revised front and rear bumpers
  • Inside, the Altroz gains a three-layer dashboard, a Harman 10.25-inch infotainment screen, a fully digital instrument cluster and a 360-degree camera
  • The premium hatchback is now the only model in its class offered with three powertrains: a 1.2-litre petrol (MT, AMT, DCA), a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.2-litre CNG
  • Pricing spans Rs 6.89–11.49 lakh for petrol, Rs 8.99–11.29 lakh for diesel and Rs 7.89–11.09 lakh for CNG variants (ex-showroom)
  • Official figures rate the diesel at 23.6 kmpl and CNG at 26.9 km/kg, while reports suggest petrol returns around 18–20 kmpl compared with rival Baleno’s 22–23 kmpl
